To change your subscription plan:
- Log on to your Match2One main account.
- Click the cog-wheel icon and select Billing > Billing Details.
- Select the subscription plan you want to down or upgrade to. You will be asked to pay for the balance in the new plan for the specific month based on the number of days left.
A confirmation message will be displayed.

If you're downgrading your plan, note the limits on the available media spend in your account and check our pricing page to make sure you're not over the limit for the lower plan. If you are over, you'll be reduced in the available media spend. Also note that if you have sub-accounts you will not be able to downgrade to a starter plan as this does not include any sub-accounts. If you are downgrading to a Starter or Growth (from Scale) and have active sub-accounts, contact our support team, firstname.lastname@example.org, who will help you with removing your sub-accounts and ensure you do not remove any wanted features or services that may impact your usage of Match2One.
