You can always adjust your plan selection and upgrade or downgrade it depending on your business's needs.
In the case of upgrading your plan, you will only be charged the balance between your new subscription plan and your existing plan. Keep in mind that plan upgrade will happen immediately and will not affect interval dates. From now on you will be charged the price of your new plan each subsequent billing cycle.
If you're downgrading your plan, note the limits on the available media spend in your account and check our pricing page to make sure you're not over the limit for the lower plan. If you are over, you'll be reduced in the available media spend.
If you are downgrading to Growth or Growth+ (from Scale) and are using multiple sub-accounts, keep in mind that their maximum available quantity depends on a plan. Contact our support team, email@example.com, who will help you with removing your sub-accounts and ensure you do not remove any wanted features or services that may impact your usage of Match2One.
Changing your subscription plan
1. Switch to your Main Account and go to your Subscription Plan settings by clicking the cogwheel icon in the top navigation bar and selecting 'Subscription Plan'. Note: You need to have admin rights to make any changes to your plan.
2. Under the Current Plan setting locate the 'Change plan' link to the right and click it.
3. You will be redirected to a page with plans comparison. When you are decided on a new plan, select it by clicking the 'Select plan' button.
4. In the pop-up window you will be asked to confirm your choice. If you're decided to change your plan, click the 'Confirm' button. If you came here by mistake, and are not willing to change your subscription plan, simply click the 'Cancel' button or close the pop-up window using 'X'.
