To change your subscription plan:
- Log on to your Match2One main account.
- Go to Settings (cog-wheel icon in the top right corner) and click ''Plan''. You'll see the details of your current plan.
- Click on ''Change plan'' that is right to the current plan's name.
- Select the subscription plan you want to downgrade or upgrade to.
A confirmation message will be displayed.

In case of upgrading your plan, you will only be charged the balance between your new subscription plan and your existing plan. Keep in mind that the plan upgrade will not affect interval dates.
If you're downgrading your plan, note the limits on the available media spend in your account and check our pricing page to make sure you're not over the limit for the lower plan. If you are over, you'll be reduced in the available media spend.
If you are downgrading to Growth or Growth+ (from Scale) and are using multiple sub-accounts, keep in mind that their maximum available quantity depends on a plan. Contact our support team, firstname.lastname@example.org, who will help you with removing your sub-accounts and ensure you do not remove any wanted features or services that may impact your usage of Match2One.
