If your credit card is declined, we'll automatically try again within a couple of hours, and you'll be notified via email if we're unable to process your payment. 

Please contact the customer success team if your credit card has been declined.

If we have not been able to charge your credit card within 14 days your account will be frozen, and your campaigns will be automatically paused.
