User Status vs. Delivery Status

There are 2 different types of statuses related to your campaigns:

  • User Status

  • Delivery Status

User Status represents a user's action on a campaign: activation, pause or stop, whereas Delivery Status tells you precisely what is currently going on with your campaign and if any issues need to be resolved.

Delivery Status Definitions:

Status

Definition

Available actions

Active

Campaign is receiving impressions and running without issues

Pause or Stop

Pending

Definition + cases:

  • Campaign under review

  • Subscription not paid

  • No funds

  • Campaign has a future start date

  • Wait until campaign is reviewed and activated

  • Pay your subscription

  • Add funds to campaign

  • Wait until the 'Start date'

Paused

User has paused the campaign

Reactivate or Stop

Ended

Campaign has reached its 'End date' - to reactivate it you need to update the Campaign Schedule

Reactivate by updating the 'End date'

Stopping

Campaign has been stopped but will run until it runs out of budget (optional)

Reactivate, Pause, or Stop completely

Stopped

Campaign has been stopped

Archiving

Campaign didn't receive any impression for the last 30 days, and it now started the archiving procedure

-

Archived

Campaign went through the archiving process and is now Archived

Rejected

Our Customer Success Team has rejected your campaign
